Fesparawi 2008 (2)

Yoo, the preliminary of Fesparawi 2008 has been held and sadly our choir, Magnificat, couldn't get through to the final.
The final itself will be held on May 20th, 2008, at Atma Jaya University. And 10 choirs will be participated on the event.

There are some surprises regarding the preliminary event, one of them is the choirs which are usually have good performance now performed under their usual quality, and surprisingly choirs that never been heard before can break the tradition and managed to the final.

As we, the choir community, know that on many previous Fesparawi the choirs which have good performance are usually located at Dekanat II Jakarta Barat, such as KKN( Bojong Parish), Vox Angelorum ( Tomang Parish), D' Angelic( Grogol Parish), Magnificat(Kedoya Parish), Choirs from Pluit Parish i.e. Voice Of Seraphim or Don Bosco, Choir from Kampung Duri Parish and others. Well, this year only 2 of them are going to the final, KKN and Kampung Duri Parish's Choir.

But above all, the aim of the event is to glorify our Lord after all, and whoever perform on the final, i personnaly send my greet , proviciat to you all.

Fesparawi 2008

Fesparawi stands for Festival Paduan Suara Gerejawi, or in english it would mean like this 'Church Choir Festival'.

and this year is the first time i participate on this Festival.
The Fest will be held on April 27th 2008, it is the preliminary round for all the choir parish that participate.

Hopefully our choir, Magnificat, can break through the competition to the next round.

Haven't thought what will I write on the blog, but for sure it will be varied in content and hopefully all the reader of my blog won't be bored with the content inside it.
Well, as a graduate from one of the Computer Faculty, I actually a little bit late in using this blog facility.

Belum terpikir apa yang akan kutulis nanti di blog ini, tapi pasti akan bervariasi dan semoga para pembaca blog ini tak akan bosan dengan materi yang terdapat didalamnya.
Sebagai lulusan dari salah satu fakultas komputer(lulus tahun 2004), sebenarnya diriku termasuk telat dalam mempergunakan fasilitas blog ini.
